 Mutton/Beef Paratha Roll

Break Fast Recipe

Evening Snake

Tea time

Ingredients:

500 grams boneless mutton/beef, thinly sliced

4-6 parathas (you can make them at home or buy them from a store)

2 tablespoons oil

1 large onion, finely chopped

2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste

2 teaspoons red chili powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Yogurt or mayonnaise (optional)

Pickles or chutney (optional)

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add the ginger-garlic paste to the pan and cook for a minute.

Add the sliced mutton/beef to the pan and cook until it is browned and cooked through.

Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well to coat the meat evenly with the spices. Cook for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves over the cooked meat. Set aside.

Heat the parathas on a tawa (griddle) or in a pan until they are warm and pliable.

Take one paratha and spread a spoonful of the cooked mutton/beef mixture on it. You can also add a spoonful of yogurt or mayonnaise and some pickles or chutney for added flavor.

Roll the paratha tightly, enclosing the filling. You can wrap it in foil or parchment paper to hold it together.

Repeat the process with the remaining parathas and filling.

Serve the mutton/beef paratha rolls hot as a delicious and satisfying meal.

These paratha rolls can be enjoyed as a standalone meal or served with raita (yogurt sauce) or a side salad. Feel free to adjust the spices and add any additional ingredients according to your taste preferences. Enjoy your mutton/beef paratha rolls!
