Ingredients

  1. Mutton /Beef/Chicken liver ½ kg
  2. Tomato 250 grams
  3. Onion 1
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  5. Curry leaves 6
  6. Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  7. Garlic 2 tsp
  8. All spices powder 1 tsp
  9. Crushed red chili 10 tsp
  10. Green chilies 2
  11. Green coriander ½ bunch
  12. Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  13. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  14. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  15. Oil ½ cup
  16. Salt 1 tsp
  17. Lemon 1
  18. Salt ½ tsp
  19. Water 2 tbsp
  20. Carom ½ tsp
  21. Salt ½ tsp

Technique:

  1. Cut the liver into cubes and add lemon juice, red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, and garlic to it. Allow it to marinate.
  2. After this include a blender onions and tomatoes (Already Grind) together.
  3. After this low boiling oil and add curry leaves and mustard seeds.
  4. Then, at that point, add mixed tomatoes and onion.
